Thank you. When I made this video it was to provide the answers I could not find before I went to buy this hand truck. I am glad it helped. Thanks for watching and commenting.
Too often I realize how useful a tool can be only after I get it. I should have bought one of these years ago. Thanks for the compliment about the B roll. You know how it is - always trying to improve editing.
I hate you left your hand truck in a rental. That bites for sure. Maybe they will have this one or another good one you like. Thanks for leaving the comment
I got one used for $60 to move 6ft to 8ft logs and fire wood. It's a decent dolly but needs things. 1. The rear plastic wheels are very flimsy wear out fast and crack. 2. the rear wheels, need a locking mechanism or will roll away when in cart or angle position. - So look for a locking wheel with solid rubber wheel as diy upgrade 3. Needs stair climbers or stair sliders designed in a newer version. When with a heavy load is impossible to climb stairs and you will need to use an appliance dolly instead . 4. The position locking mechanism that use to switch to different positions is very flimsy. After using on heavy loads it often doesn't want unlock to move angles again. I often have get a screwdriver out the get the dolly to switch to different positions. -Over all if can get used is decent buy, but definitely not worth new price of $160-180.
Locking wheels would be nice. I have not owned mine long enough to have any cracked or worn out wheels, but they don't seem flimsy at this price point (in my opinion). I also could not find a convertible hand truck with stair climbers anywhere near this price point. After using the locking mechanism for a while, I am worried that it will start giving me problems in the future. Your comments are very well thought out and I appreciate you taking the time to leave this comment. Thank you.
The versatility of the handle makes it seem flimsy but for almost 3 years I have used this hand trick for a variety of items. I have also let others use it when moving boxes, plywood, and even some furniture. I would not recommend it for moving refrigerators but moving boxes or bags of mulch it has been a champ. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment.
Wow, hate to hear your hand truck did not work out for you. My wife and I have been using ours for a while now on a regular basis with no issues....at least no issues yet. If mine quits working then I will definitely do a follow-up video. Thanks for sharing.
I would hire this guy to do anything for me, total boss
Very helpful. Also, great idea on saving your budget!

@@MarriedManWoodworking sure buddy. Just helping out a fellow creator a bit 😊😜

Thanks you.
Lowe's doesn't even have a video or photos showing the conversions. Very shameful.
This is pretty sweet!
It is! Now that we have it, I find more uses than I ever imagined. Funny how that works.
I left my hand truck in a rental vehicle earlier this year and need to replace it. I might just get this one if it is available in 🇨🇦!

@@MarriedManWoodworking Yeah. Dumb move on my part. Won't do it again! Keep up the great work, eh? :-)
@@LYTOMIZE_Woodshop Thanks. We have all done things we regret. Especially when under busy and crazy times - like moving.

Where did you get parts ? Bearing went out tire , need to replace
Sorry but I don't know where to get those parts.
That cart looks very flimsy.

This thing is a pos. Used it once and one of the rods in the mechanism got stuck and wont let the handle slide to change positions
