i know 2 people who are in great shape, excercice etc and they have diabetes. Its not only lifestyle. They are both in their 40's. One is vegan too. So lifestyle is certainly true in many cases but not all.

Tacking the food industry which produces foods full of sugar and other harmful things is another battle every concerned person should fight.
