Adding MONSTER AFRICAN CICHLIDS to My Display Aquarium!

In today's video, I'm adding some huge predator haps to my display aquarium. This tank has predator haps, which are the largest cichlids from Lake Malawi. Good choice of fish Alex..I really like the blue one..The growth rate of these predator haps from small nano size is just mesmerizing...

Nice additions to the already nice stocking. I was wondering what your thoughts are on the Lichnochromis Aculiceps. I had one in my smaller setup and it died due to stress and I read that the species is very stress sensitive so I kinda put getting a new one on hold. Now that I’ve upgraded my boys’ setup I would really like to get a new one because i like the way it looks and because it has a different mouth then most of the haps. I have the opportunity to get one that is not that much smaller than my tank boss so that would not be an issue but I always fear that he would get stressed out again. Would love to hear your thoughts.

Mine has done really well. Back when I added mine, it was one of the largest and most colored up. It was passed up in size and colored down for awhile. It is now smaller than most in the tank but its color has come back and looks great while holding its own against the bigger guys. Definitely think it can work if they're a decent size when introduced
