Since I started working out, I literally found it difficult to 15 push ups, but now I can almost do 10 Beast ups(body ups - search body ups hannibal) I'm at 9, I can bench around 170lbs now, and I barely weigh 140.. Because of these guys, I'm almost stronger than my brother and can do more sets on heavier weights thanhim
