- J.K. Rowling criticised Lisa Nandy after the Culture Secretary got involved in a controversy about transgender athletes participating in women's sports.
The Harry Potter author stated that Nandy was "one of the main reasons I couldn't vote Labour" as she criticised the Cabinet minister's position on trans issues.

Russell, your daughter shouldn't have to "play better" to defeat male opponents. I've heard that argument used before, as though women and girls just need to try harder when up against men and that it is within their power to win. The implication is that women and girls who lose against men aren't trying hard enough. We all know that's nonsense.
Anyone getting hurt or damaged should be able to to peruse financial compensation from the Olympic organisation .

That happened in the Harrison County Middle School Championships, very brave group of girls, but the flak they received from the woke mind virus mob was horrific.
Girls and women in this situation should turn up and stand on the court/pitch/pool/track/etc. but not compete. Just stand there.

Debbie Hayton is the voice we all need to hear. Debbie, who is a Trans women, is the sound of reason, logic and intelligence in this space. If all trans women were like Debbie we would all be coexisting peacefully. Her communication style and view of the world supports women and trans women. We need to hear more of Debbie!

Nandy is right in a way the sporting bodies should take a grasp of this and ban trans athletes from women's sport. I don't want a government that involves itself in every aspect of peoples lives. If a government can dictate to sports bodies their rules how long before they can start dictating financial caps on football transfers or imposing all kinds of restrictions on them. NO I am a Conservative (a real one) Small Government Low Tax remember that anyone?
Right. But if the sporting bodies are bottling making the correct decisions (and ignoring well established science) because of pressure from woke activism, then you need political leaders to show some backbone. If they also refuse to, then what?

Both the Equality Act 2010 and the Gender Recognition Act specifically permit sporting bodies to discriminate against trans people in the interest of fairness. They are just sodding cowards.

Nearly all community colleges and even major Universities have removed men's tennis and many other men's sports. Only women are allowed to participate. You want men in women's sports? Then let any man try out for any team that doesn't have a men's team. You'll drop this bullshit real quick.
