I saw Cheap Trick , The Sweet and Foghat in Philadephia in 1978 in that order and The Sweet blew the place apart with their amazing set. Incredible energy and something I’ll never forget.
How do we get Sweet inducted into the Rock and Roll of fame?? So many great songs that are still being played today....50 years later! Still relevant and used in so many movie sound tracks! How can we make this happen??

Some songs are good when they are originally recorded by the original band. And made into great rock songs once they are covered. Right here is a perfect example of that kind of song. It’s one of those songs that if you hadn’t heard the original version first. You would believe the cover was the original. D.L took this song to a new level
