I think we as Americans fail the people that serve this country. This man clearly needed psychiatric help after getting out the military. They all need an exit evaluation. They just put these people back into society after seeing horrific things. I think we failed as a country. But we send millions of American dollars to help other countries and we can’t even help our own people. Shit just sad
