Absolutely. Dani and Domi were very different athletes but one thing they had in common was charisma. They immediately drew you into their performances and charmed you.
Simone has the help of newly approved mats that have springs underneath them so they perform more like a trampoline, which makes it far easier to get height and land without injury to the joints.

Shannon was coming back from an elbow injury, and I would imagine there were some raised voices between Steve and Bela about not overtraining Shannon before the competition.
I think it was early in the competition. Usually in judging sports like gymnastics and figure skating, the judges will keep scores a bit lower in the beginning in case a really good performance comes later on down the pipe and they are stuck in a bind.
Those “mediocre” gymnasts in several cases had won international medals, went on to win a bronze medal for their team (would have been even better had they not been grossly overworked by the idiot coaching staff), and went on to be world and Olympic champions in some cases. Dominique had been given a ten in a previous competition, so your argument is fruitless and frankly very childish.
She was a little girl dancing to age appropriate 90s music. I'm positive you can't do this. I'm positive uph can't walk up a flight of stairs without almost going into cardiac arrest
I sincerely believe she should have won the Silver on floor in Atlanta!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UGH!!!! She should have been the Silver in the AA…. NOT GOGEAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK GOD LILIA WAS THERE…. IF GOGEAN WAS THE AA CHAMP…. THE WORLD SHOULD HAVE IMPLODED (HORRIBLE BARS, HORRIBLE BASIC BEAM)…
