Honestly, judging by the combined experiences of the techtubers, building small form factor is always a pain even in a nice case. It's always like a jigsaw puzzle.
No pain, no gain.
I love how Linus freaked out about Sarah shaking her parts a bit, but is okay with swinging his motherboard around like it’s a tennis racket.
to be fair, swinging it around like that was perfectly safe... unless you'd drop it, which he's prone to do, but hey...this was much less stressful than Sarah being "gentle" to the GPU socket.

true story
was that really pure hell though?
Building a pc is literally one of the easiest things to do.
There isn’t much to it and the hardest thing to do is cable management!
I love small form factor systems and will eventually get around to building one myself. Every time I get close though, the added cost and difficulty of maintenance/upgrading kind of nudges me away. But I do get very jealous whenever I see someone with an epically spec'd PC all packed into a case this small.
This case, being damn near $600 in this configuration, is quite steep but I do really appreciate the design.
Go for performance and a solid case don't go overboard on thee case as the watercooling loop is the centre peice of any small form factor pc
The amount of "That's fricking tight"s Linus said in this video can be turned into a compilation.
I would give this another thumbs up but it's already at 69, so... nice.

This was the most realistic build due to all the things going wacky and swearing from the builder
Bro you’re so right! So Linus is mortal after all!
They went for a more realistic vibe to the video, pretty sure most other wacky build videos also have their own troubles but they don't emphasize on those bits.
Yanking one thing and accidentally detaching two other things really spoke to me
brings back nightmares from my first watercooling build back when I was young. Swearing, sweating, messing about, yelling, panicking, exhaustion, frustration and then at the end that feeling: was it all worth it, cause its not even performing as expected.... LOL
Yeah, my favorite build to watch, it felt like i was watching myself attempt a watercooled pc. To be fair his was TINY but im bad lol
This seems like a great lesson about what COULD go wrong for anyone wanting to do a small form factor liquid cooled system. Even Linus cursed at this thing like two dozen times.

D: use a second when building an LC - use a secondary PSU to power ONLY the pump instead of your full system.
E: you can use a hand pump with a fitting to pressurize the loop and ensure it wont loop before hand
