2021 KID Holiday Celebration @ The Impact Center

The Kindness Campaign is humbled by the confidence from the community and support from the business community, which ensured that many families had a happy and safe holiday season.
We closed the 2021 holiday season with our KID Holiday Celebration. Much thanks and appreciation to 6th Ward Alderman Roderick T Sawyer and Janella Curtis, who shared 1500+ gifts and coats with 300+ deserving children from the community as Mr & Mrs Black Santa Claus.
Much thanks and appreciation to Cargill, Fight To Feed and Joliet Hope Center for providing fresh foods and essential items that was shared with the community simultaneously at the 75th St Fresh Foods Market.
This would not have been possible without the collaborative effort of PROJECT SWISH, Nicole J Wheatly, Footlocker Chicago, Aetna, Blue Door Neighborhood Center (Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois), Chatham Business Association and JPMorgan Chase Bank to ensure a memorable experience that included multiple gifts, new coats and clothes, a gourmet breakfast and live entertainment.
