- Welcome back to some more Assassin's Creed Odyssey. I recently got the Athenian set so I decided to pair it with the Flax of Olympos for some crazy damage output. This build is A-mazing in cleaning out a complete battlefield!! I saw you murder 80 Spartans with multi-shot ability during that conquest battle - well noted, definetely going to try that out.
The build is def powerful....I just dont know how you would have fun playing it honestly, the melee combat and abilities are more fun
Man thats what i was thinking throughout the whole video...its way more fun being a warrior or an assassin...takes more patience and thinking.

Agreed, i go Assasin\Warrior build and its lots of fun. I know people have their preference, but goin str8 hunter and playing like this would be extremely boring for me.

I also found glass cannon hunter build is crazily strong especially when you use it with slow motion ability you basically instant kill any boss

Just engrave the hades bow with the fire buildup ability and engrave any weapon with the “weapon damage becomes fire damage” to make combat interesting.

The problem with this game is it doesn’t encourage you to try out different armour sets or weapons because once you have decided on an armour set to use, upgrading another costs such extreme amounts of resources, especially with what your ship requires. I only used the Snake venom set that boosted poison effects and the Achilles set that took a % of damage dealt and converted it to health.
You are one of my favorite games, I really appreciate your gaming

You know that legendary engravings do not stack, right? You could put +20% multi shot on every piece of gear and it will only do +20%...
So is it better if I wear an epic gear and put the legendary engraving on it than use a set of legendary armor? 'cause my epic gear have better ratings than the legend one
@@faisalambiya6459 No matter what legendary engraving on what gear, it's not going to stack. Even if it's default on the armor already.
@@faisalambiya6459 Legendary engravings are for weapons only. You can't put the legendary bonus of a complete legendary armor on a set of epic armor.
@@tibhamel That's not true. The snake set bonus is for boots, for example.
@@unisect9106 You can't stack 2 of the same legendary engraving, but I believe the set bonus does stack with its corresponding engraving.

Update of the build :
Now, you can't use golden engraving twice. For example, you have "20% multi shot" twice, only one is used.
Everytime i play, im playing for Sparta
Jim Sterling said this game was "grindy and boring". I can agree with the grindy part but it isn't boring. Have never have so much fun with an AC game. It has houndreds of hours of content with an enormous world to explore. But at later levels between 30-40, upgrades becomes cheaper as you advance in the mercenary tiers and bigger caches of loot becomes available. Upgrade the Adrestia, set sail and hunt down legendary ships and split them in half for big rewards.

I find the Artemis Master Set to be better for hunter builds due to headshot damage and the perks that are on each set as well as wearing the full set combined with the Vine Bow which has a special engraving for 25% more hunter damage but -15% armor,nearly 20k hunter damage,plus the set gives you 15% more damage on all your hunter abilities.
Here’s an even better upgrade to vine bow engrave the legendary that on the Achilles bow for devastating shot
Gotta get this game it looks great ..it looks similar to origins ..but different at the same time .....excited to play it some day

Legendary perks don’t stack so your wasting slots where you could add CRIT damage and CRIT chance which is crucial in hunter builds

Honestly I think if pegasos set added hunter dmg it would be amazing as the entire can get you an adrenaline bar with a well time dodge

One question, i thought in nightmare mode, the enemy will be the same level as our level? But the enemies here are 4 levels below. (I am talking about the Conquest Battle)

Disclaimer, this is my build and u can tweak it however to suit ur play style. P.S. This is fort effectiveness so a few thousand dmg is lost but still strong
1. Pirate Set
2. Engrave -40% adrenaline consumption when using shadow of nyx ability on boots
3. Engrave 20% Health when u die on chest
4. Engrave the rest of gear with daggers or more dmg overall
5. Dagger of Kronus, i recommend you put 100% dmg but i put 10% assasin dmg cuz my bow is godly
6. Greek Hello with 15% more dagger dmg
7. Any bow with high assassin dmg would suffice
8. Shadow of Nyx, Hero Strike, Rush Assassination, Battle Cry of Ares in case ur in danger( escape or quickly kill the rest )
9. Strat is: Ikaros scan, take out walls first then go and one shot everyone.
10. I have 10k hunter, 10k warrior, and 150k assassin.
Hamun I know good assassin set but you need used pirate set demois set and pilgrim set dagger of kasmos or dagger of hello or cures weapon with good assassin damage bow make most assassin gaer with assassin kill gives more A and there is good sword I go put my dagger with fire because fire is fun
Aeladric you really don’t need curse for assassin build cirt is better if you look skills it was not to be a curse assassin build a Crit build.

The more gameplay vids I've seen of Odyssey, the more convinced I am that this is a decent game, but Assassin's Creed it is not.
A really good RPG but a bad assassin's creed I think. Which I don't care cause I'm not a fan of the licence (only play 1&2)

Edit: Also: 7:51 Brute hits you in the back. With the Falx of Olympos on Nightmare, there's no way that's not a one-shot.
I see on the brute hitting and the level diffrence, I know easy has a up to 4 level diffrence between player and enemy. I play on easy for the story mostly, but I have the level scaling on hard so they are always my level or very close to it. Also, could have changed it and forgot to change it back, but still even on origins with the cursed weapons it was a one shot when the birds breath in your area

The only hunter active ability I use is the rain of arrows and that's just to weaken the enemy from the grass then I wait for em to come to me and pick em off assassin style
ive managed to make a hunter/warrior set focust on hunter above warrior 140/70 but because of an 30% armor penetration and i believe it was 25% damage against elites and bosses combine with some poison daggers im destroyin everyone. Only playing as a overpowerd hunter is fun for a little while, now i only one shot archers and finish the battle with melee combat

Your build is amazing, but just so you know, legendary abilities dont stack. No point in having 2 legendary multi-shot engravings

How did you do the build up & which bow you use.very nice vid
Just get armor pieces that max out damage, ideally headshot and fire. Get bow and engrave fire arrow. Also get that +100% damage engraving. One shot every enemy. With charged devasting. Medusa so far needed the most work to kill. But everyone else got murdered

No point in doing a build at nightmare difficulty when you are at level 50 and enemies you're killing are level 46..
why are you using athenian set and not Artemis set? Artemis set give a 50% damage buff to all hunter abilities. I get not wanting to hit shields, but that is something ive learned to cope with

Glass canon? I figure that only applied when you’re a squishy powerhouse. Were you not keeping the armor upgraded?
It’s because he has spent most of his upgrade points on archery skills, little or low melee, and his armour set causes all arrows to penetrate shields. It’s actually better in the early game to upgrade three abilities to maximum rather than having eight abilities at level one.

i have the Falx of Olympos. But don't see the option of the +100% Damage but Health Capped to 25% engraving for Athenian War Hero Boots. What do I need to have the choice?
I think Perk Multi-shot can not use more than 2 Perk because it will not calculate the Damage.
What's the masterie's for this build I want to try this out 😁
