I love how clear the instructions are, you don't rush through it, and it's a cute project!! Thank you! If all of your videos are done this way, I'll be a lifelong subscriber for sure!
I'm halfway done. And I must say your tutorial is really easy to follow and to the point. Thank you so much! Really excited with how mine turns out at the end. It isn't as difficult as I was expecting.
Following you and with little video pausing, I was able to make a couple and I think I learned the design by heart. They turned out just like yours. Thank you.
I finished it and I love it so much! I honestly though I would fail or it will be hard but it wasn't. It just ended up a little smaller than my cup and I don't know if I can buy thicker yarn just for this, but I still like it!
quick question, how many stitches must I have after I close the ring? As in, how many stitches must be around the circle in order to connect the two sides of the ring? I am talking about the step at 1:46 (slip stitch to connect and 1 CH). I'm just not sure where I am supposed to do the slip stitch. Thanks!!
I agree, a lot of tutorials are not clear on where exactly to put the slip stitch, it's assumed that beginners know this, but it is very hard to tell just by looking... Hoping someone helps!!!
There should be 16 double crochets. Then slip stitch into the top of the first one to complete the round. It should be the top of the chain 3 ...unless your like ME and instead of a chain 3 I just make a double crochet. And the top of the stitch will be on the side kind of then once you slip stitch it raises it to the top. I like to follow bag-o-day crochet also. Crystal does a voice tutorial and is really easy to follow. She shows you where exactly to go. Hope this helps.
@@mly2312 its probably a bit late now, but when a round is started with a few chains(following stiches like DC/HDC) you slipstich in the highest chain. For Example, you chained 3 here so you slipstich in the third.
I just saw that you have the hook size in the video i didnt notice it at first. And thank you for making a video that easy to understand im a new crocheter and been trying to find patterns and videos easy to follow to pratice
And why put a video of a pattern that you want people to buy wouldnt that make you lose money i mean you can just watch the video to get the pattern im not trying to be a jerk im seriously wondering

hey mark the first double crochet on the ring by another color , it's the stitch in this step.
