Hello Erin. You and your husband (would say his name, but don't know it) have fascinating stories. I have been curious though since watching and hearing you always say, "My husband" vs. his name? My husband feels distant vs. personal. I hear the nick names for the kiddos and you say their names. I don't understand, and it feels off or kind of weird to me.

Your family has been a God send to me. I unfortunately was not blessed with a good husband. I spent years being cheated on, verbally told I was worthless, left us for his best friends wife , shoved a lot, water bottles thrown at me. .I have four small kids, the two boys have severe nonveral Autism. 7 and 8 years old. My 8 year old son was hit by an SUV last November driving 55 miles per hour. He made it, Duke University Hospital saved him in North Carolina. . But I've suffered tremendous amount of trauma and grief. Your videos give me hope. Peace just to watch. You have a beautiful family. It gives me hope that there is better out there. Thank you. Penelope is absolutely adorable, congratulations to her.

Muy rica comida, acá en Mexico, entre semana desayunas a lo Mexicano, frijolitos , huevo con nopales, ejotes, chorizó, o quesadillas, en la tarde algún buen Guizado, y el fin de semana puedes salir a comer diferentes platillos comida china, coreana, japonesa ,pizza ,hamburguesa, mariscos etc.

I doctored my beans as I didn’t know what you put in yours. I added a little garlic and onion powder, pepper and salt of course. A very small touch of cumin. I blended like you did. I also made your home made salsa roasting the tomatoes, pepper and tomatoes like you do. That is a game changer! I also made empanada from

I agree and the books my family buys for the school are very fun to read. The teachers are so happy when we bring them. Cristiano had some at home that the local kids see and they loved them. He ended up leaving those at school as well for his friends.

You’re right everything tastes better in Mexico, is because of all the ingredients, everything is fresh and meats are from the same day , people in Mexico are privileged.
I was raised cooking traditional Mexican food and now live in the UK. When I can get my hands on the ingredients, it never tastes like it did in Mexico. It’s good, but not the same.

Oh my gosh every time I see your videos especially the backyard it reminds me of my grandparents house not sure what part of Mexico you live in, but my grandparents lived in Guadalajara I just can’t remember exactly where I haven’t been there in such a long time unfortunately both my grandparents passed away a long time ago 😢😢 they were my dads parents I don’t know what it is about your back yard that it reminds me of their house.

lol I am white and have also learned to cook Mexican food from my mother in law. No matter how good my food is he will never say it’s better than his mom’s. Lol. I love her food also but sometimes mine is better. Funny. I love seeing how different it is there we are in Louisiana now where I am from. We used to live in west Texas where my husband is from. I prefer the small town in Texas but my husband loves his job here. It very nice to see how you live! Your kids are so sweet.

Hola beautiful Familia. The baby kitten is getting so big. I'm so glad his eye is better, and you were able to find a formula for him. The rice sock is a great idea. Yum, I love nopales. I have them pretty much every day, con huevo y salsa or ensalada. I'm so excited for Pipi. I think so too, that she will be more at ease being with Annabel and Cristiano. I LOL when Lalo said these people are savages, because there will be leftovers. Erin, I do have to say your face is so relaxed, and you're not as tense. You held the fort down amazingly.
