quando vc abre o jogo pela primeira vez ele ele abre uma pagina da internet pra vincular o jogo com a Epic, da Alt + Tab pra ver se a pagina abriu, se não tiver aberto olha se o firewall do windows está bloqueando o jogo (desativa o firewall e o windows defender pra ter certeza)
