Tell her to divorce him ... He will ruin her life
Your advice will create two depressed adult an a depressed child.
You know most people care for thair wife yet they ignore the issue of Depreciation, not because they are unsupportive but they don't realise the gravity of the situation. Most of them are not aware or consider it as taboo. What we need is awareness and acceptance of the issue.

The Korean government should watch this movie in order to get a better understanding of why young Koreans do not want to have children. Your summary is always funny: Juggling donuts!
They will call anyone who talks about these things a snowflakes. Ultra-conservative buffoons!
Spot on! This movie really highlights some real issues. And I’m glad you enjoyed the donut juggling bit! 😄 You should swing by our Science Fiction Hub for more fun summaries! 🍩✨ Check it out here: www.youtube.com/@sciencefictionhub_official.
@@storyflixmovierecapthis story mentioned family health issues and description was very long, one thing u forgot to mention THE TITLE???
Seems like a very progressive show. Happy to see this portrayal of reality. And the husband was a good role model.
Yeah for once not typical cheating husband...tired plot 🙄
Absolutely, it’s refreshing to see reality portrayed like this! If you’re into progressive stories, our Science Fiction recaps might pique your interest too! Here’s the link: www.youtube.com/@sciencefictionhub_official
Post-partum depression is so real and should be taken seriously. I’ve read many stories of moms 💀 ending themselves and sometimes their child/ren too:
That's so true ppl just write it off as being a bad mother😢
It’s heartbreaking how real and severe it can be. Awareness is so important! On a lighter note, if you’re into mind-bending stories, our Science Fiction recaps might be a great escape! Give it a try: www.youtube.com/@sciencefictionhub_official

If a life partner is that supportive we can come across all the hurdles of the life.....but for most of us the Main problem is our partners.😢One Who Never wants to understand nor wants to help, rectify the problems.
True words. A supportive partner can make all the difference, but it’s hard when they don’t understand. 😢 Maybe a good movie or a sci-fi adventure can lighten the mood? Check out our Science Fiction Hub! 🚀 Check it out here: www.youtube.com/@sciencefictionhub_official.

@@storyflixmovierecap okay
Like in the movie, I am also facing similar challenges in real life. When I was 14, my mother passed away, and afterward, my relatives placed the responsibility of taking care of my siblings on me. My father treated me differently compared to my other siblings. Because of these responsibilities, I lost the opportunity to pursue my own dreams. It hurts me to see my siblings attending school, college, or working while I am not in the same position.
Despite having a huge responsibility, I have decided to pursue my studies through distance education and strive to become an independent woman. I am determined to be successful and self-reliant in my life.
Fight it .... 💜
I’m sorry you had to go through all that. I hope you have success in all your future endeavors.
Keep fighting, you can do it!
No matter how old you are, go and get your dreams 👍👏

Ji Young's husband is so caring and supportive of her. Love it! When I watched this movie at home, I was sobbing. Not everyone can see what people are going through. Depression is a silent kill3r. I have depression and social anxiety. The more we convince ourselves that we are okay, the more we allow ourselves to sink into the quicksand, metaphorically speaking. I'm taking a mental health day as I'm writing this. :) It is okay not to be okay. It is okay to seek professional help.
I was told that the book and movie were so controversial in Korea. though Ji Young represented the lives of many women in Korea, there were some men and old people who had negative opinion of the story. They chose to turn a blind eye to the reality and believed that it's how things are in their society. However, things seem to be changing these days. Married couples are no longer compelled to conform to the customs and traditions. This film was such an eye-opener. Definitely a must-see.
Your thoughts are so spot-on! Depression is indeed a silent battle, and it’s great that you’re taking care of yourself. 💜 The movie’s impact really shows how powerful storytelling can be. If you’re ever in the mood for something different, our Science Fiction recaps might be a nice mental break. Here’s the link: www.youtube.com/@sciencefictionhub_official

The husband is amazing🎉
Not really. The whole plot is about sexism. A husband, who felt that doing the bare minimum in the household including the fact that he is the breadwinner is some kind of 'helping out' as if it was never his responsibility and he's also not very understandable as he look and sound towards a pragnant women. I'm not saying he's a bad man, because he's not but it's the way he was raised. At least that's how the writer portrait him in the novel but since I haven't watch the movie I don't know how they portrait the husband besides this short recap.
Totally agree-he’s like the husband of the year! 🎉 If you love amazing stories like this, you might enjoy our Science Fiction recaps too. Check them out here: www.youtube.com/@sciencefictionhub_official

I am an engineer and I work so much during my pregnancy… i plan to take one month off before my labor day. Things doesn’t go as planned and i gave birth 6 weeks in advance. I was in labor just after work… 14 hours of labour after a 9 hours of working day. I was so weak that I slept 12 hours straight. I didn’t see my son but I knew my husband was with him. Back home, i couldn’t recever as I need to breastfeed my baby every two hours, i was so tired that i couldn’t had the energy to cook for myself. So every day after my husband is gone to his office, i drive to my parents house and they took care of me and the baby. I start feeling better only after 3 months. In the beginning, i really didn’t appreciate my son…he was like a heavy responsibility. Now, i realize that i was in survival mode and the only energy left was to breastfeed him. I could have sleep days and days…. I am gald that my parents wasn’t far from our house!
Good to have supportive families. Should have tell her about her sickness earlier tho.

it appears progressive as it address metal health issues in a place where is it so taboo and women face so much backlash simply for having an opinion… but, I still don’t like how treated her symptoms like she had BPD or multiple personalities. Postpartum is a widely established, reported and treated disorder while multiple personality disorder is basely single case reports and soo dramatized in media
