Some areas of Boise Idaho are going down in real estate value, popularity, and are not the best place to live. So lets look at Boise real estate and what areas are dropping so you can avoid moving there and choose areas of Boise that will be better long term investments and places to live. Boise Idaho is a place that can be hard to figure out, especially the areas going down. As a Boise local I can help answer these questions because I understand the nuances of living in Boise Idaho.

Hey my husband and I just moved to Boise last month from alaska, is the air always so damn Smokey?
This is a abnormal year. Usually it is not this bad. It hasn't been this bad since 2020. How are you liking Boise so far?
@@movingtoboiseid other than the smoke, we like it a lot it.
Is there really a Costco coming to Boise?
There are 3 Costcos in Boise already (One in Meridian, one in Boise, and one in Nampa). There is a new one coming to Kuna in the next few years.
What's the deal with all this crime?
Can you be a little more specific?
@@movingtoboiseid I was under the impression that the Boise area was relatively crime free which sort of lines up with Sperlings best places reviews. What is driving the increase in crime?
@@badcompany3057 It is when you compare it to other cities of that size, so as the city has grown it has had a natural increase in crime. But no place is ever crime free, I can even remember as a kid hearing about gang shootings in the nampa area. All of that said Boise is crime free when you loook at comparables, but there is still plenty of crime activity. Does that help a little?
