How to do Ude Gatame

How to do Ude Gatame - In this tutorial I am showing you how to do Ude Gatame when Uke is attacking you from between the legs. For this technique to work it is important that you use your hips to create space in order to drop uke on to the armlock. It is also important that you twist Uke's arm so the thumb is pointing down.
