Over the ethernet cable i cant seem to get it to work , i allowed the network sharing,it's connected to lan , when i connect through winscp it's constantly saying timeout detected (control connection) , disabled firewall and increased the timeout still the same

No matter what I try, I cannot make the transfer go over the ethernet cable. I do make sure that the Wi-Fi connection is shared, all is plugged in, the PC sees the connection, but it's still only over the air and it's very slow.
It could be that the program isn't allowed on your PC's firewall? Make sure your computer can see your PS4 on the network. Also worth noting having a VPN up on your PC could cause an issue, so temporarily disabling that can help. Make sure your PS4's connection over Ethernet is properly working as well.

in your ps4 have a folder where you put your pkg's to install right? if you don't delete the pkg's in there you can copy back to your pc. If not you can use GENGP4 and Fake PKG Generator to transform the game into a pkg. I hope it helps!
I keep getting bad speeds when I connect my PS4 and my PC to my router. Is there any reason to that? My PC only has 1 ethernet port and no wifi so can I just use a ethernet cable between my PS4 and my PC without using the internet or does that not work? Thanks

When i drag files to ftp it shows crossed circle, won’t let me do anything, any ideas what i can change to fix it? Thanks
