I love the JLC approach of every once and a while, showing the world, that they can make watches better than anyone else. And then sweeping back into the role of promoting the Reverso to the 5 people that know what JLC is. Seriously, just hire like 2-3 people to do some sort of marketing. Hiring a passionate youngster to do like a 100€ job would still net them better results than what they have now.
I've tried that Omega De Ville Tourbillion on and it is lovely. And as expensive and well executed as it is, you could wear it everywhere, everyday and nobody would notice
I'd pick the JLC Polaris Memovox. Roughly the same money for an overpriced Submariner but with a mechanical alarm complication included. I have no idea why people don't talk about it more often.
Great work as usual, I didn't need validation but I have been validated hard by having two of the watches on this list (Longines & Tudor) and I have waxed lyrical about the Omega and the Cartier Masse Mysterieuse...I am feeling good right now, thanks AM!
I'd pick the Longines, though I still do not spend that much on a single watch. The PP is cool, but - unless you were it all the time (and who would?) you end up with a lengthy procedure to set all the functions right every time it comes out of the box. Leave it to your valet to do that.
All these are pretty interesting (although I knew of the Cartier already). But, that IWC at the end...a company that generally only elicits a stifled yawn from me, and they unleashed this? Seriously well done. (Same for this video, Andrew...the "well-done" part, that is.)
I think it's rather hilarious that both Breitling and Blancpain both were essentially brands that went defunct during the height of the quartz crisis, but while it's the first thing anyone brings up when discussing Blancpain, everyone seems to casually ignore that about Sicura, I mean, Breitling.
I am considering this Longines i just think it may be too formal for most occasion i find myself at. I wish they made their sector dial with a see through caseback
I believe my 1949 1k rose gold black face sub second hand dial has the $200k Omega beat! It came out of Israel five years ago from a old Collection. It is absolutely stunning. I paid a whooping $1500. I look at it today an I am amazed I own such a gem. It is two years older than me. 😀
I guess you didn't know about the De Bethune DB Digitale Jump Hour In-Line Calendar DBDRS5 if you think Patek was first with a in-line calendar in a wristwatch.😉
I'm relatively new to watches but I'm amazed that Longines don't seem to get the recognition they deserve. The history, quality and specifications are top notch. To me they're priced too low.
Wrote above comment before finishing video. The cartier is also masterfully done, as well as the iwc. I could actually afford that Longines 😍 Just got the zulutime 2 days ago and very impressed by how well it is regulated. The watch is still running 0.0 seconds deviation since i last set it 36 hours ago
The Omega absolutely kills it with that tourbillon. As usual, Longines NAILS IT with a classic, classy, timeless 'vintage but fresh' look and bang for your buck which beggars belief (even though it's way out of my budget). Still can't get my head around a sensible sized, wearable Breitling.
That Omega is on another level. If somebody offered me that watch in exchange for a kidney, I would of course say no, but then I’d spend the rest of my life questioning the decision.
Yes that IWC is great, but the numerals on the sidereal time dial and all of those on the back are all… Helvetica. On an £800000 watch they did not manage to also consider the font. And while Helvetica is not a bad font, it is also one of the most overused and the default in MSWord. Come on.
Lol, but only the most naive believe that a MoonSwatch has ever been near an Omega factory. Effectively it's like the VW group having Skoda make a plastic Countach lookalike, powering it with the 3 cylinder 1.0 L engine and putting a Lamborghini badge on it. And asking £50k for it.
The Submariner in its 40 & the 41 mm sizes is the absolute daily watch, absolutely elegant & chic, goes with literally anything you wear. From a black t shirt with black vans sneakers to a blazer with jogger chic pants. Black date just is the beauty for chic smart. Nerds can rave about Tudor all they want, the watch lacks any kind of subtle boldness nor stylish statement. I own the two tone date just with silver dial & fluted bezel, it is one of the most beautiful & timeless watches ever. The Venezianico aventurine or the ultra black that I have and love beat any offering from Tudor.
Same old same old..surely you could do brands that are lesser known. All these watches are known. Why say watches that we didn't know , because all these are well known . I was expecting to see different brands but it's always the same names .
Andrew, what on earth are you doing on the Paul Thorpe super chats? You should steer clear of all that, your reputation is currently solid. Be a shame if you ruined it all now by mixing with those people. I’ve purchased and read your books, loved your talking hands vids and then you appear on that low brow nonsense. Hey, you’re a free man to do as you please but seriously… PT super chats? You’re better than that dude.
andrew Whilst i have enjoyed your podcasts over the years I feel the people you are asociating with on the Friday Night Live has devalued your brand and I have purchased watches from Watchfinder. I feel this is a big misjudgement on your part and with regrets I will have unsubscibe from your site as I have lost a lot of confidence in you.😭
That Cartier is astonishing to look at.
I love the JLC approach of every once and a while, showing the world, that they can make watches better than anyone else.

That Longines oozes class for that price, brilliant watch
It’s shockingly good 👍
I've tried that Omega De Ville Tourbillion on and it is lovely. And as expensive and well executed as it is, you could wear it everywhere, everyday and nobody would notice
Oh yes, the Atmos is awesome. I have been wanting one for quite a while now.
I still believe the Tudor 1926 is severely underrated.
I think it's massively overpriced for what it is, and the design is a cure for insomnia in watch form.
The alignment difference between the numerals and date window is huge turn off for me.
I’ve owned on, it was alright. A bit overpriced perhaps but the build quality was good.
Might as well but a Tissot and save around 50% .
That's the bargain....
@@julienfroidevaux1143 to be fair the quality difference is pretty substantial between a Tissot and a Tudor, though
Wow 😮 definitely some amazing and obscure timepieces here!
The Omega is fantastic - the toubillon location actually makes sense to me. But that Cartier? Hot damn that’s stunning.
I'd pick the JLC Polaris Memovox. Roughly the same money for an overpriced Submariner but with a mechanical alarm complication included. I have no idea why people don't talk about it more often.

The Cartier Masse Mystérieuse, the IWC Siderale Scafusia, andthe Longines are bangers.
Love the Longines small seconds
I'd pick the Longines, though I still do not spend that much on a single watch. The PP is cool, but - unless you were it all the time (and who would?) you end up with a lengthy procedure to set all the functions right every time it comes out of the box. Leave it to your valet to do that.
❤ Crackin' Selection Andy.
Always enjoy your videos. Thx.

Many thanks. The Carrera and the Longines are beautiful.
I really enjoyed this and I didn't know about several of them. Much appreciated!
The Omega is a really magnificent!
Very informative Video , thank you
I am considering this Longines i just think it may be too formal for most occasion i find myself at. I wish they made their sector dial with a see through caseback
Great vid. I’d pick the IWC. Love it. Just dreaming.
Thanks,Paul.
Longines!…..is my pick, I have one, plus I'm going to purchase the darker version.
That longines is a watch that has been on my list for a while now. Getting a new speedy, then a GS lake suwa, then that watch.
Huge JLC Atmos fan here. Don't own one (yet), but it's on my holiday wish list every year. 😞🙂
I've always had my eyes on the Omega ultra light, it looks amazing but I will obviously never afford one. :)
The Tag is indeed a affordable gem but the Cartier surprised me totaly!!!!
The two Lomgines are so beautiful and affordable!
I've always had a soft spot for Breitling, but this one...oh my...
Another clever and insightful episode! (FYI, improve the style and clever logos of your merch and I will buy some! 😂😊)
I ❤ Atmos!
Full boiled sweet territory!!! I love that analogy!
Rolex ... Gaudy.
Omega .... Bling!
The rest are interesting, especially that JLC clock.
I will choose none but a MINHOON YOO timepiece I always loved your passion for those dedicated artists
That Longines 🔥
This video is a poetry masterpiece.
this is a great video.
I believe my 1949 1k rose gold black face sub second hand dial has the $200k Omega beat! It came out of Israel five years ago from a old
Collection. It is absolutely stunning. I paid a whooping $1500. I look at it today an I am amazed I own such a gem. It is two years older than me.
😀
The salmon dial 190th is hard to beat .
What is the model of that Longines?
I would pick the IWC
Ayyy these are pretty cool
Take a look at the Girard-Perregaux 2598. A gem that won watch if the year in japan 1999.
A 38 mm gem 💎
That JLC 😍😍😍
The Longines with the small seconds is 38.5 mm and a bit thicker than the one with the central seconds, which is 40mm.
I guess you didn't know about the De Bethune DB Digitale Jump Hour In-Line Calendar DBDRS5 if you think Patek was first with a in-line calendar in a wristwatch.😉
That Omega
Please please please review the Seiko SLA055J1
I'm relatively new to watches but I'm amazed that Longines don't seem to get the recognition they deserve. The history, quality and specifications are top notch. To me they're priced too low.
Interesting watches
I had a red dial carrera but sold it when my ad offered me a mint green datejust. Watching this video has made me doubt my choice. Bugger
Love your content, but I don’t think you need to have a transition slide every time
That Omega does look vvv nice/cool TBH
I take all my previous negative comments back 😇
JLC polaris 😊
For me is the Cartier Pasha diver version
How many of the these is Charlotte buying for you?
ie, a list of watches i cant afford 😂
Wow that omega though 😍🤩
Wrote above comment before finishing video. The cartier is also masterfully done, as well as the iwc. I could actually afford that Longines 😍
Just got the zulutime 2 days ago and very impressed by how well it is regulated. The watch is still running 0.0 seconds deviation since i last set it 36 hours ago
I wonder when Tag Heuer will start a reissue of their two - subdial MG chronometer.
the longines please
I have admired that Longines in the window of our local dealer for several months, the engraved silver dial is beautiful.
Oh. This is a separate video. The same thumbnail made me think the last two were in fact one.
GS kodo?
Amazing Watches. I hope I never get rich enough to afford them. You could have put on a new t-shirt for this episode.
That Cartier is the dog's doo-dahs. I love it.
I’m sorry, Audrey Hepburn at Paris fashion week on elegance day edges out the Longine watch by a perfectly coiffed shoulder length hair.
My brain is tapped
I feel like a little kid looking in a candy shop window.
The Longines is almost gorgeous - for me the sub-dial is way too fussy for the otherwise classy look.
Check out last year’s 190th anniversary edition. While it’s 40mm instead of 38mm, it doesn’t have busy that small seconds dial….
That Omega is on another level. If somebody offered me that watch in exchange for a kidney, I would of course say no, but then I’d spend the rest of my life questioning the decision.

Most of these underrated watches are also pretty unattainable (unfortunately), maybe that’s part of the lack of attention they „suffer“ from
Says it all doesn't it. To justify 200+K Omega dig deep into their watch making capabilities whilst Rolex break out their bedazzling kit
Proof that money can't buy taste
At this point Rolex is just tacky...... That IWC is amazing
Invisalign before your next watch…. Not expensive.
where is Khaby Lame when you need him
Clive has no respect for proper toothpaste dispensation.
Tudor glamour double date is amazing watch but no straight man on this earth will ever wear a watch named glamour

The Venezianico aventurine or the ultra black that I have and love beat any offering from Tudor.
How can you compare a Venezianico with a Tudor? How?
"But I know all these brands..."
I think you may need to rephrase the title.
I chose not to wear a watch
use the freakin timestamps!!!!
YOU SQUEEZE THE TOOTHPASTE FROM THE BOTTOM! HEATHEN.
Glad I don’t spend 500,000 at a Rolex dealership. What ghastly, ostentatious, pretentious designs!
Bro, get some gel and comb your hair. ?
Another clickbait title with stuff we all knew about. Never anything new with these channels.
Same old same old..surely you could do brands that are lesser known. All these watches are known. Why say watches that we didn't know , because all these are well known . I was expecting to see different brands but it's always the same names .
access comes at the cost of money. And taste. Vile on every level. Nothing more crass and naff than a tasteless jewelled up rolex. 🤮

That tudor is horrible
1 watch I hadn't heard of. Keep up the hyperbolic assumptive titles though.
How ironic that the Omega tourbillion central bezel is just like a Rolex bezel.
