Rishe Irmgard Weitzner, a duke's daughter, has a secret: she died at the age of 20 and returned to the moment five years prior when her engagement was called off. She has already experienced this time loop six times and lived out those five years a different way each time, as a merchant, a doctor, a maid, a knight, and more. Now, on her seventh go-around, she's determined to live to a ripe old age and spend it relaxing. But the moment she flees the castle with that decision in her heart, she runs into the infamously cruel crown prince of a rival kingdom, Arnold Hein. He happens to be the one who killed her during her life as a knight, but now, he seems to have taken a bizarre liking to her... and begs her to become his wife. Thus, in order to stay alive and prevent a war, Rishe utilizes her previous experiences to kick off her seventh life as the bride of an enemy nation's crown prince.

She definitely impressed me with her tenacity and courage to do what needed to be done and with her gentleness and grace. After watching this character, I'm going to use the Tony Stark line, "I want one."

I’ve watched a lot of Shoujo anime for longer than a decade but this has got to be my all time favourite romance anime. Literally gave me so much inspiration for doing my work like Rishe, so thoughtfully and diligently. Arnold is also the perfect guy. Please make season 2!!

This was the one of most enjoyable series for me weekly of the new series that started this season.
I think it had a good mix of sociopolitical aspects, Rishe using her skills from her timeloops, and for romance between Rishe and Arnold for the time that it had.
Hopefully, this anime adaptation can be continued, though at least it got to a conclusive enough stopping point if it doesn't.
This show has a terrible title for what it is. The fact that it's pure romance shoujo half the time, and the other half it's straight up a shounen anime makes it hard for dudes to get into it, but I think they'd love it just as much for how badass she is in the everyday events. Problem solving, creativity, plotting, inventions - everything we love about shounen stuff, then literal disney princess romance thrown into the mix. It really hits the sweet spot in the middle of masculine and feminine.
For what it's worth, as a dude who started getting into anime with Saturday morning shounen, can confirm this is one of my recent favorites. Especially vol 4 of the LN, Arnold and Rishe just completely storming through on horseback and overturning the situation. They're both OP but in different ways because they have different skill sets. And those skill sets complement each other so well. Strictly in terms of just romance, they're fine. But as a power couple, best I've read. Ever.

As a dude who loves his action packed anime, fantasy isekai, murim manwha and other fantasy esque settings, I fell absolutely in love with this story.
People forget that in a well written romance story, the female protagonist isn't the only one you can resonate with. You can appreciate the story from the perspective of both the man, and the woman.
And in the case of 7th time loop, it's done beautifully. Both characters are incredibly interesting, with the prince being the more mysterious of the two, but still far from shallow. Watching their relationship grow was a joy.
Great show, I hope we don't have to wait 10 years for season 2.

This is my favorite anime so far, I’ve rewatched it a few times now. I love the story and animation style, it looks so good!
