To the people that don't get the 2:05 play; That smoke bounces off the wall, then the floor and it covers the window stopping the awper from being able to see. The awper threw a molotov since whenever a smoke touches a molotov it goes off instantly and puts the molotov out, therefore it couldn't bounce and cover window fully. Then he was able to get a shot on one of the enemy players.

The T's threw that smoke so the CT at window won't be able to see the T's, so T's can get control of mid. The smoke has to bounce to get to the window, the Molotov actually cancels the bounce of the smoke so the CT can still peak mid from the window.

He threw the molotov so the smoke would stop at the back wall instead of blocking the whole window. Smoke grenades extinguish molotovs.
Smokes, when thrown into a space such as shown in the video, bounce off of surfaces, so people throw the smoke into the window at an angle where the smoke is supposed to bounce OFF the back wall, and land in front of the opening, and thus smoke off the entire opening/window. However, if you throw a molotov under the window before the smoke flies in, the smoke automatically pops as it touches the molotov, at the back wall, instead of bouncing off the wall and bouncing in front of the window. That is what let the guy whose POV you saw to peek from around the corner of the window, instead of being smoked off.

He didn't kill him right away because he didn't wan't to take the risk to die, to lose m4. That's why he let him in the site.
i think they didn't kill Simple just because they wanted to let him *feel* like he was sneaking into the site, just fucking around with him.
30 secs, eco round for the T side, no armor, just a glawk. They knew he was going for the plant. Simple probably wouldn't want to go for the kills, a single kill would damage 1 of the ct's economy, while a bomb plant would benefit the whole T side. He wouldn't kill more than one, IF he even managed to kill any of then. Glock it's pretty shit against armored opponents. Even at that distance it would take at least 2~3 headshots probably.

There is a specific smoke that happens to bounce off the back wall of window and makes it impossible for the window person to see outside of it. By putting the molly on the ground before prevents the bounce thus making the smoke pop more back than usual thus giving him full vision of middle.

The smoke was meantto cover jungle completely, but by throwing the molly the smoke extinguishes it and ends up forming at the edge of the room, leaving space for him to peek into mid. It works in the vid, too, you know? He gets a kill

smoke nades instantly explode when landing on mollys, so his molly allowed him to still have vision through snipers when they smoked it since it wasnt far up enough.

Btw I believe the term “200 iq mode” is referring to a state of mind you sometimes go into where you subconsciously focus on a level above what you normally play at and you can do things extremely smart that you normally wouldn’t have even thought about

Thats a common spot to smoke so the CT there cant see anything, he saw it coming and threw a fire nade at the ground. Smokes behave differently if detonated on fire
