    Had two children. Both had colic, they dont tell you that in any classes beforehand do they. Me and my wife would go out of our minds each evening trying to think what to do to settle them. It's awful but in the end it does get easier and eventually will disappear. Just try to keep calm and laugh it off...It will get easier!!! If you're going through hell KEEP GOING!!! 💪You'll get through it ✊

      My baby is just over one month and for past two days he cries inconsolably after one or so hour after feed. He only calms down when he is fed milk again. And then he vomits.

      Is my baby colic? What is a better way to handle this situation?

      @@neerajdatta2248 that sounds more like digestion/milk issues...maybe even swallowing too much air when feeding. Have you tried infacol before feeding? And burp little one as much as possible. Sitting up and bouncing on your knee always worked for us.

    In our tradition when a baby has “Colic” they usually say they are crying for a name, you call the baby with your ancestors names this can be grandparents or great grandparents. When the baby stops crying when you call them a certain name that will be the name we use to call the baby until they outgrow the crying age.

      In traditional practices, colic in babies is often attributed to crying for a name, and using ancestral names to soothe them is a common remedy. When a baby stops crying after being called by a specific name, that name is used until they outgrow the crying phase. ❤️

    Paediatrician pescribed us neosmile lactoze enzyme drops with corozyme oral solution. Is it curable

    • @MedicalCentric
      @MedicalCentric  8 днів тому

      @kalucharansarangi4554 Colic in babies, while distressing, is generally a temporary condition that many infants outgrow by 3 to 4 months of age. The drops prescribed by your pediatrician, like Neosmile lactase enzyme and Corozyme, are often used to help manage symptoms by aiding digestion. While there isn't a "cure" for colic, these treatments can provide relief and help your baby feel more comfortable. Always follow your pediatrician’s advice and reach out if you notice any changes or have concerns.

      Had two babies with colic. It’s usually caused by food intolerances mainly dairy and/or soy. They can’t digest the large proteins until their digestive system matures….usually around 3 to 4 months. One of mine also had reflux one top of food intolerances. That can be treated with medication and of course you can avoid the allergic foods while nursing or change to a hypoallergenic elemental formula.

      For colic relief, try gentle rocking, a warm bath, or a pacifier to soothe your baby between 1am and 7am. ❤️
