    Hi, I just stumbled upon your channel by chance.. you have beautiful contents with good and detailed explanations. Thanks for the English subtitles, appreciate it a lot. What is the purpose of adding almond powder? May I know if I can omit almond powder and/or replace it with more cake flour? The baking temperature is with or without fan? Thank you so much!

      Hi Thank you for watching my video ~!
      You can use cake flour instead of almond flour. Almond flour gives it a little more savory taste.
      I use an oven without a fan.
      I think If it is an oven with a fan (convection), you can bake it at 180°C(356°F)

      마들렌틀은 우정 실팝 깊은 마들렌틀 사용했어요. 비싸지만 틀값해요 ㅎㅎㅎ
