droplets at the top is a massive L. - you can't send for cost if you're under a shifter, shifter is an extremely potent card this format. at the point where people are playing lancea just to stop the maliss and shifter activations. droplets is good against decks like ryzeal, if they don't float into other cards. cards like droplet typically need to be played in a deck that has cards to spare and send. in a format where handtraps don't do much. most people are playing consistency and engine, and don't have the cards to spare. - superpoly can instantly yoink up a maliss end board by making duplex chimera. EZ. duplex stops traps. superpoly's biggest advanctage is that both materials don't have to be provided by the opponent. you can always provide 1 half of the materials yourself, and can use it to dodge targeted effects. for example. "normal summon aleister, effect?" gets targeted with imperm, chain superpoly and take the ryzeal xyz to make one of the invokeds' (this is an example, there are countless archetypal equivalents) . superpoly isnt always a single card wonder. and the cost and resources needed to execute it are almost always worth it. - kinda shocked that beast king alpha isnt on this list, same goes for amano-iwato, or any other single floodgate negation or standalone card-clearer. like denko sekka. (yes, those last 2 are floodgates, but they are very effective at switching off multiple cards currently in the meta)
-lancea doesn’t stop shifter on your turn. -super poly is shit because it plays into 0 boards (fiendsmith ryzeal, maliss, pure ryzeal, kash) and you need to commit 3 cards in your niche ass example which your losing if you are. Also the 2 best decks play through super poly anyways even if you do hit them with gwc, fiendsmiths in grave, plug in and like 4 hand traps in hand lol. -denko Sekka does nothing along with amano because they’re only viable in stun decks which are trash now. Plus every top tier deck right now basically uses a normal summon.
Duster is a main deck card. It forces the fiendsmith fusion to respond and it still clears backrow if they have imperms or floodgates or other disruptions. It kills ryzeals cause of the field spell. Fenrir is a main deck card if you play the kashtira engine which a lot of decks are doing. It's a free body with disruption and it adds a copy to your hand. Lightning storm is another great main deck card. It's at 2 and it's a great board breaker that the opponent will not see coming
I agree with fenrir, but I would disagree with duster and lightning storm as being main deck worthy. They do not offer any value when going first, and not nearly enough value going second to justify playing imo. They would usually be a 1 for 1 vs the fiendsmith fusion, and a 1 for 1 with the cross (which isn't the biggest threat on their board anyways), so I personally feel like they're not great. If it's worked for you though, then that's great!
Dark ruler no More should be in potential main deck at least, sure is a dead card going first, but Is an absolute menace going second, one that cannot be negated with monsters effects
It just feels like interaction is so layered nowadays. There should always still be around 1-2 interactions that are not able to be stopped by drnm (like paradise, gwc, etc)
Idk it’s pretty awful against ryzeal fiend smith against a full board they still have field spell and trap in grave plus whatever handtraps they playing
no they are not, they are the same as every format lately and your list just proves that also given how barely 2-3 cards are decent enough to be main deck worthy.. (most)board breakers will always have the problem of being useless and dead in your hand when you'll inevitably get stopped by your opponents endless handtraps (guess what the top 3-4 decks this format ONCE AGAIN play 15+ HTs, if not even worse now with stupid numbers like 22-24 on some..) and then you have your lovely board breakers doing nothing on their turn cuz their 15 one card full combo starters drop nonstop and i definitely wish breakers were better cuz i'm playing white forest/azamina/toys
Chill lava golem best main deck card
Definitely is
Super Poly should defo be a Side Deck staple like dude a non chainable card that steals your opps monster for a extra deck pop is good

Duster is good along with lightning because people are siding strike rn
Econ kinda slaps bro ngl id rather have that than droplet any day of the week
people are sleeping so much on chalice its such a nice budget option and not bad in the current meta imo
how is it?

@@tcgsam but those are really rare, haven't even heard about them and I have been playing master duel since it's release, and TCG about 5 years now
@@davideliasbauzadelgado1677 gwc is a Maliss trap and paradise is a fiendsmith trap. Both see play in tier 1 meta decks

Super po and Lava Golem in potential side deck? With a tier 1 cyberse deck in the format? are you ok? That's definitely a side deck man
Maliss can just end on terahertz only and those cards will not be that good
