Everyone out there....relish every moment of Keith...I truly believe he alone, apart from being the greatest guitarist of modern times, has influenced music and attitude more than anyone I can think of. He still gives me goosebumps!
Now, dont get me wrong, i like keith but i wouldnt say he is the best most influential player. Compared to someone like stevie ray vaughan or clapton he is just a beginner compared to them.
When I was born in 1951, my brother who was 12 years older, played 45's on his record player. Jerry lee, bo didley, bill haley, the coasters, Elvis, you name it he played it! And it went into my little one year old years and changed my life forever! I taught myself to play drums at 11. And I played in bands till the mid 80's. then I took a 25 year break. And now, at 62, I'm drumming again! The need burns within you! Rock and roll DOES live forever!
Look at 2:35 Jerry played piano with the feet, how amazing is that. Funniest stagemove ever. Really great song, really great performed by 3 really great musicians. Keep Rocking
One day in 1983 yours truly just happened to pick up the TV Guide one slow evening and noticed that in just minutes, Keith and The Killer were going to appear on the TV! I tuned in and enjoyed it.
Jerry Lee Lewis, piano, R&R legend from the 50's. Keith Richard, guitar, original member of the Rolling Stones. Drums, Mick Fleetwood of Fleetwood Mac.
One of rock and roll's treasures from the vaults, and definitely one cool place in rock and roll history. What an iconic moment! Thanks again for posting this. I vaguely recall watching this on television, however the late 70's were a bit foggy for me.
Jerry Lee played always this song better than nobody. If you hear his 1960-Sun recording, you'll see I'm true. It seems Chuck Berry wrote it specially for the Killer !!
Não me importo com o que dizem. Quem é o melhor ou pior. Isso é bobagem. O que digo e sei é que a nível de guitarra eléctrica de rock a que mais me faz bem é a do Keith.
So help me, I remember glancing through the TV Guide and noticing this just an hour or so prior to broadcast! And I seldom bothered with TV Guide. Thanks for posting.
Keith looks so damn good here.
and sounds good too...verbally and instrumentally
Keith doing what he loves to do more than anything, playing Chuck Berry riffs The epitome of rock & roll is Keith Richards playing a Chuck Berry song.
the best pianist of rock`roll ever, Jerry Lee Lewis, and one of the very best guitarists, Keith Richards.
And Mick Fleetwood.
Keith is the best musician ever
Keith Richards is one of the best, if not the best, rythm guitar players to ever live!! He truely is the riff master....
Keith is the true life of rock and roll
If anyone ever asks you what Rock and Roll is, just play this for them.
Everyone out there....relish every moment of Keith...I truly believe he alone, apart from being the greatest guitarist of modern times, has influenced music and attitude more than anyone I can think of. He still gives me goosebumps!

Rydeman
He said, "Influential." Not the most skilled. The Stones were first before, Clapton and long before Stevie Ray.
Richards a beginner compared to Stevie Ray and Clapton? Nope. Richards is quite easily in Clapton's league ability wise.
@Alex Davis keef is the riff master keef riffhard
@@Rydeman2 And they are all amateurs compared to Richard Smith or Chet Atkins. Rock and roll is not a contest it's a team game.
One of the best Jerry Lee records ever😊
