Thats a great question! Trevor actually mentioned making a video directly addressing this. I will bring it up once hes back from his trip to scotland to film for out sister channel @embersgolf.
Do the side burners connect back to the grill for power and gas? Looks like the lights are operated separately, vs something like the Napoleon 700 built-in where the grill controls the lights for all the side burners.... also surprised you gave it such high praise with out having a IR burner for searing - I've watched a ton of your video's and you almost always knock a grill for not having that.
Nice video. I like the design and the lighting, including the indicator that the burner is on (have left mine on several times as well). Not sure on the tension for the hood. Agree with you on preferring the wave flame tamers to ceramic. The ceramic briquettes require a lot longer preheat (or at least mine does) and for the quick weeknight cook for two it’s a nuisance.
I have been watching you guys for years. Once I figure out what I want I will give you guys first crack. Just a little nervous about the shipping cost since I live in California. I will keep watching in the meantime. Thank you for your help along the way!
How does the griddle compare to Blaze / Arizona Wildfire? Looking to purchase very soon. Have mostly Blaze components now but not crazy about the grease trap so hesitant on the Blaze.
I believe its a True Flame Vent hood. You will have to call us or reach out to an online salesman at Embersliving.com . Thanks for checking out our video.
How about a review of the Mont Alpi grill kits? Little to no info on these kits and would love to see an updated review compared to Napoleon and Blaze grills.
Does the 32" 4 burner built in also have the light on knobs.. I know it has the led strip. And Is it free shipping to Texas? And do you all offer any type of military discount ??
Best looking grill in the game by far! Awesome review
It really is!
what's your pick between this and the wildfire?
Hard choice. I’m in the market as well between this and wildfire 😅
Me too, someone tell us Trevor 5:02

Burner connectors are called cross-overs. The flame can cross over to the unlit burner.
Thanks!

There is an electrical plug-in ans you can get a natural gas set up as well.

What brand/model is the hood vent over the True Flame?

Good idea
Might as well add the Weber Genesis series to this too. Currently that is what I'm using, longevity is great but doesn't cook the way I want it to.
Does the lip that sticks out get hot?
No rotisserie kit yet. Will Blaze rotisserie kit fit?
Maybe, we didnt try!

More fav than Hestan?? Nooooo… I don’t get it, Hestan has the tension system … why say it’s the only one
Just the fav for this catagory of grills. Huge price difference between those grills. 😁
Looks very nice.
