JSX Addon: developer.blen...
Whoever made this addon, he's a legend!!!!
Man. Finding this info was really hard. Thank you so much for posting this tutorial. Super helpful.
this is a very well made tutorial video. everything is clear and crisp. i never knew i was supposed to "Run script" in AE instead of importing the JSX file. thank you!
Wait, you're here
selamat
This is so cool!! I used to just render out some checkerboards on top of the scene and then 3D track them in AE to recreate the camera move 🤦🏻♂️
man i dont know why they removed this was there in blender by default before. but great job dude saved my life
I didn't know this bridge existed. So useful! Thanks for sharing
Exactly what I was looking for
Thank you man
Was searching for this plugin foooor hours thank you
Spent a long time trying to find the answer to this and this tutorial has pretty much solved my problem
thank you so much for this video. was using he workflow every months!
this is gold mate It saved me hours of useless 3D tracking and matchmoving Thank you a thousand million times
Awesome video! Great explanation.
Thank you very much!
By the way. Nice Jackson on the background.
I noticed it doesn't pick the right focal length and film size (if you've changed it from the defaults). But you can easily fix it by double-clicking the camera in AE. Focal length is exactly the same and film size is under Camera > Size in Blender.
Noticed this as well. My camera is set to orthographic thou....
dude thank yo so much!! I was looking for a guide on how to do this! the empty tip is such a help! thank you!
This is magical, this is incredible. Thank you very much man you save lives
This was so useful!!!! Works great and really clear tutorial!!!

Oh yeah, this was soooo helpful! Thanks man!
I remember seeing this video and I forgot to save it and now after 3 hours of searching I finally found it again. The keyword was 'export'
Thank you! The BEST!
Man i was searching for you like 5 hours? XD
Great tutorial man, thank you!
I have a question. Say I have a really big scene, do I select everything in my scene and export as jsx or can I select certain things and exclude others?
Thank you!
Very helpful!
Heaven sent! Thank you!

Does Blender also export the squishing element as well?
thank you good tutorial
Cool!!! 😃 And thanks!!! 👍
Awesome!
Thank you!
you're the best
when I run my script. After Effects shows the black screen and a red square moving but I cannot show the final 3d cube image, what am I doing wrong?
I want this addon to work so bad, but it just doesn't. Every time I try exporting any camera (be it motion tracking data or manually-built cam), Blender crashes. Any ideas for troubleshooting this, or have you experienced something similar?
This doesn't work for me- it just freezes when I try to export. Does it matter which exact version of Blender? Or Windows vs Mac?
Same, blender 2.90.1 hangs exporting this script
thanks man
Hey guys, I used that plug in for a couple of months and I love it. However, since Blender Version 3.1 the Null objects in After Effects are totally off and the track is also all over the place as soon as I import it into After Effects. Does anyone of you have similar troubles or even better, a soloution?
Hi, i was having a problem something like this. I don't know if you figured it out, but I have checked few things and two of them helped me. So, 1) camera settings are not the same (check camera size and focal length) 2) fps 3) the beginning of the animation in AE and blender is different (have no idea why), had to manually move keyframes of my empties 4)baking animation - ALL animations. So 3 and 4 steps helped in my case. Hope it will help other people as well. Let me know if it worked for you as well :)
@@JoySenseKO Dude, thank you so much!
@@JoySenseKO Thank you, I will try your approach next time I run into a similar problem again.
@@JoySenseKO in step 3 ,should i move the beggining of the empty in after effects or change it in blender
Has anyone tried using this with Element 3d? I've tried but the perspective is not aligning. It would be awesome to be able to run this script for short animations without having to render it out first!
does anyone know where to get this file now
Found it

when I export, I only receive the camera and cube, but no png with it. I assume that is what Im missing to show the full square view. How do I get that out manually?
You have to render out your animation separately, as you normally would in Blender. The script only exports the camera data.
Lil help?
I ran the script in 2.9 to AE and the Empty shows up misaligned somehow like this

Thoughts on why this is happening? I am trying to get the info of the animated orb for a Particular emitter. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
hello , the empty in ae is lagging and is not in the right position why ?
Make sure your frame rates match, as well as the render resolution and AE comp resolution.
The camera data coming from Blender 2.8 isn't displaying correctly in AE. Have you had any issues troubleshooting this? Any reason why this would be? The scene appears to be 'sliding' in AE for lack of a better description.
No I haven't had any issues with that. I have had similar issues with C4D and AE in the past though... so with that in mind, and off the top of my head: Are you using any F-Curve modifiers on the animated camera or objects inside of Blender? If so maybe try baking the animation. Do your composition settings (frame size and frame rate) match your Blender project?
@@MotionApprentice Come to find out, the animator was exporting a UHD sequence at half resolution. Once he changed the resolution to fullHD the camera performed as expected.
I had the same problem but another cause. Blender exported the PNG-Sequence I later imported in AE as 24fps but AE interpreted it as 25 fps. Changed it. Now it works fine. Thanks!
@@sir.heising You just saved me months of work. Thank you.
hello, why i have full black composition when i importer to AE ?
Loïc Guillout Because all you’re importing is camera data, you still have to render out the scene from Blender and import that into AE. You should watch the video, he goes over that.
thanks
Tnx
the link is not good anymore....
help anyone does this addon also does after effects nulls to blender
