Azazie is a terrible company. They don't stand behind their quality of their products. Product arrived damaged and they said it was final sale. The product was not wearable or fixable by a seamstress and the company said sorry final sale. I would have expected the dress to be wearable not damaged. Final sale does not mean that it is a product that is an older style it is a product that is not wearable. Beware of these guys.
Sorry to hear about your negative experience. My wedding was 8 months ago at this point, and I was happy with my dress and the women in our wedding party were likewise with their Azazie dresses. But that's unfortunate to hear about the final sale category.
@@JessicaAnnePlanshi did you got your wedding dress from azazie for your wedding day? How was the experience? Did you do their trial and do they gave you an address where to ship it back? Saw azazie dresses online and i like their style rather than buying from bridal shops
@@maycherrie Yes, I got my wedding dress from Azazie. I purchased in May 2022, so this was my experience at the time. I did the try-on trial and they sent me 3 dresses with a prepaid shipping label. It was pretty easy to get the dresses and send them back. Then I bought my dress.
I LOVED my Azazie wedding dress. I did the custom sizing and it was mostly correct. I did need still some minor alterations (mostly to the bust and to add a bustle) but applying for and receiving the alterations credit they offer for custom dresses was very easy for me. I hope that helps!
