Thank you so much 😊 No one is history has been liked by everyone! It’s ok...I am so happy with the students who like my videos! Thank you so much for your comment and your kindness!
Every time my friends and I are complaining that we don't understand something, I go home and watch one of your videos and I understand. I started sending them to my friends as well so now we all watch your videos before complaining.
I recently discover this channel and is by far one of the most amazing medical channels in the whole UA-cam. The way this channel explain topics is so amazing and high yield that every students should know about them.
When I subscribed your channel it has only 50K subscribers. Now it has 650K subscribers. Hope one day it will cross 1Millions. What I learned here in 20 min i can't learned from my physiology or medicine books, even though i read these books 3-4 times You are a great mentor and physician.
Thanks I have sarcoidosis and never understood why my FEV/FEV1 was 98% when my FEV was 66% and my FEV1 was 64%. It makes sense now. My TLC is 64 , RV 47 and DLCO 70. Restrictive 👍
I always make sure to like and write a comment after watching any video from your channel, of course this not enough to thank you but this is the minimal thing I can do to support you! THANK YOU MEDICOSIS !!

You are GREAT.Thank you so much for such amazing videos. I never get bored during your lectures.Thank you again. My fellows and friends need these videos too.stay blessed.
This really helps me make sense of my PFT for Sarcoidosis. My fev1/fvc ratio is 98%, but my FVC is 66%, FEV1 64%,TLC 64%, RV 49%, and VC 74% all equals restrictive. The 98% fev1/fvc confused me for a long time.
im so confused, im searching online and it is saying fev1 is how much you can exhale in one second after inhaling maximally, and fev is how much you can exhale after inhaling maximally.
Sir, In the obstructive lung disease, why the functional residual capacity is increased? shouldn't the expiratory reserve volume decrease as it is the volume we exhale forcefully? or the decrease of ERV is low than the increase of residual volume?and also thanks for the amazing videos sir, these are too much helpful ❤
Thanks medicosis for your great explanation, but i have some confusion on FVC ... At 01:06 , it's written FVC = 3600 ml but when you talked about FEV1/FVC Ratio at 02:03 ,FVC was 5 L , so i don't understand this Difference in Values 😅
Medicosis Perfectionalis is NOT perfect unless you make a video about flow cytometry in hematology playlist!but i'm actually joking.Medicosis is great and i'm really lucky that i've found this channel.
The FEV1 ratio FCV is the main test to tell the difference bw the obstructive or constrictive pulmonary diseases. Is this test done with a clamp on your nose? Dr didn't like my question about a breathing test with a clamp on my nose.
