Walmart has one of the highest loss prevention rates with sports cards/tcg. Makes sense that the prices are going up to try and counteract the loss from theft.

I picked up 4 blaster boxes at my Walmart and got zero autographs 6 numbered cards with the best being Jack Morris /25, Ricky Henderson /75 and Jackie Robinson /199. Nobody of real note out of the 4 blue and nobody of real not out of the regular prism cards. I only pulled 2 of the decent rookies. Corbin and Adley. Whomp Whomp.
I got two autos in the only two blasters ive bought. I love this set.
bought a couple today, two numbered to less than /100, not worth much but im still going to be getting more so at least it didn't turn me off of them. I LOVE the look of them

I have 3 SuperCenters, a Target, and a Barns & Noble in my city, Springfield, IL, and they NEVER EVER have cards stocked like yours. The shelves aren't even set up to hold the capacity that yours shows! I'm gonna move to PA!!
Just got a box of the platinum from Walmart and pulled 2 autos from one blaster and one was Adley Rutschman auto number to 75. The blasters are loaded.

Bowman blasters at Meijer in Indiana are 40 a box.
Bought my first bowman chrome box mega yesterday rang up $44 after tax it was $53 and i literally pulled nothing smh
Bought the last 4 blasters at my local target. Pulled a Taj Bradley auto numbered to 10 and a George Brett numbered to 75. Still have 3 to go.
Last 3 boxes yielded a robin young and Oscar Gonzales base auto along with 6 numbered cards. These blasters were awesome!!!

How can you tell if its a photo variation?
Decent cards for the price...only thing is chrome is tough if your going to grade em ...always scratches etc....if you get a 8 your lucky
I got one from Walmart got an auto numbered to 75, I also got a 2024 bowman blaster box, but nothing good out of it, wish I got a Dylan Crews auto.

.188 Corbin Carroll is killing his rookie cards....Target will always be $5 cheaper and you can use your Red Card for an extra savings. Same at Barnes & Noble if you are part of their savings club.

I don't like the design of this set as the top of the cards look cut off as the border doesn't go all the way around plus I have always hated the facsimile autos thats been put on cards for many many years as some might think its real. Its a pretty good design if no facsimile autos and the border went all the way around. Its a good looking design that looks incomplete to me.
Are people interested in the numbered cards in the secondary market?
I do a fair amount of selling and so-so on the response for numbered cards.
Car problems and HVAC replacement....as soon as I can I'll be back on that 99 dollar tier and hit the showdowns----a good deed right?????

Hey man, MJ Melendez autograph was just noticable bc it was in blue ink. They were All autographed to the average shlub like me, so please make the distinction next time. To me it looks like all these "autographed" cards are worthless by the way you are tossing them aside. What's the damn point then? It's a joke then right?!
New to cards? It’s a facsimile auto on them. It’s like that because they’re copying the 1954 design and that’s what they did. Some modern cards do it too, because why not? It’s part of the design. It’s a design choice and some like it, some don’t. The damn point is you get a facsimile auto so you get an “autographed” card of the players.
Yes they just throw a copy of their sig from their contract... truth is even a babe Ruth base card with his facsimile sig is bound for the quarter box.. but the one held in the hand of the player and signed with "blue ink" is more valuable make sense

well I’m almost 100% sure that Babe Ruth did not hold one of these cards in his hand and sign it unless he has a time machine I guess
