Excellent presentation. This practice is surely making a difference in the quality of life of the residents.
It is curious, however, that Dr. Hamilton states that this home is a "real environment," like your living room, and not a medical place, yet she is the only staff person in the video who refers to the residents as "patients." Guess the old medical model is a bit hard to break out of entirely.
