Jim Gellatly's Wickerman Festival 2011

Jim Gellatly and family headed to The Wickerman Festival in Dumfries And Galloway... checking out the likes of James, Feeder, Emma's Imagination, Gun, The Damned, The Pigeon Detectives and many more. With his 13 year old daughter Jasmine behind the lens, Jim's produced a wee video of the weekend. He even managed to spot a soap star and a former international footballer!

just back from wickerman 2012, it was amazing. great weather and texas and scissor sisters were fab. everthing was very spaced out, the rides were not near any music tents apart from 1 dance tent. there was no overcrowding and it had the most chilled atmosphere of any festival in the UK. the atmosphere and people bet T in the Park hands down and it was par with rockness, except wickerman had better acts. there was parking aswell and portaloos were very well maintained.

A bit pricey at £95, still had to pay for the food etc... AND the rides AND it was pissing down , ended with mud inside our tents

+OldJockRadio Yes, used to listen to his spoken word stuff a lot. You've just prompted my to listen again to Die For Oil, Sucker, Very powerful stuff. Used to have a great Alternative Tenticles bag for hauling around my vinyl for DJ gigs in the early 90s.
