All the things that I think are cool to do (storage, campgrounds, RVs, rentals), you are doing..........most of us are side hustle 'thinkers'....but you are a true doer!!
That's most likely not leather but pleather. If kept in a hot climate, it peels like heck after a couple of years. If not really hot, like AZ, should be OK.
Hey Kyle the trick to buying these RVs is to get them around now from the big chains. And always buy the year before. So for example look for 2022s. Dealerships are trying to get rid of these guys because they have to pay taxes every month the longer they sit the more money they lose. So always go towards the end of the month as well after the boat and RV shows which are around April or May and they will let them go for 10-20k less then MSRP. Hope that helps!
Check that, not seeing your email addy on your about page. I suggest you add some time of cabin or mobile home, next to the waterfront, this is handicap accessible. None of those campers seem accessible to the handicapped and that could be an EXCELLENT feature to allow the persons with disabilities to ALSO enjoy the campground experience etc. Just my 2 cents Sir!
you stole my idea from 2 years ago about renting out an rv. LOL, good man. However, the problem I would think I would run into is the campground not allowing you to sublet your camper if you paid for the whole season. I'm curious about that

I am blessed to be living my dream! And hope more people like yourself will make it happen as well!

That is a good point!

You can definitely buy railings/cargo net things for the bunk beds. I wouldn't put my kid up there without one.
Yeah I should check into that
Save yourself a few bucks and borrow one of Clayton's trucks he has 2 of them.😂😂😂
I like the sound of this. @rollingops what you think?
I have been watching your channel recently and I think I have an AWESOME idea to add to your campground. I will email you!

In this case, I own the campground so I wouldn’t have an issue. But I can see where if you didn’t own the campground this could be tough.
