Personally would have had the carb before the turbo plus with a single cylinder you got to have a "boost capacitor", you can find sizing diagram on the internet.
Imo a blow through carburetor all comes down to having proper boost reference to the float bowls, and fuel pressure has to overcome the boost pressure trying to close the float. And yes you are very right on the air capacitor. There is a simple formula, and at least 1 youtuber has successfully made boost and more hp with an engine smaller than 200cc. But they used efi.. and a shopping cart...
Turbo is bit on the big size for the engine, you will also need a plenum to stop you getting surging if you can make boost. Best mod for these engines is getting more revs, you will need billet con rod better valve springs and then cam and flywheel upgrade but can get around 16hp if you do the right things. More than that and you will need some serious stuff.

@@vallenlen4301your comment is readable, you just forgot to put "a" in front of turbo and gearbox the added power from the turbo might be noticeable with that transmission, but it might not be taking advantage of it as much as it can I don't know what transmission is on it, it might have been replaced or modified already but I don't know for sure
I got a buddy and he put 2, 18 or 20 H.P. engines i forget whitch exactly, on a Johndeer frame with a ditch witch rear end and gearbox. He uses it in pulling competitions. He usually wins a little money with it to.

Nice, but you have to pressurise your carb on the atmosferic inlets thats have, otherwise it will be to lean, and more important you need a intake volume 3 times bigger than the volume of the engine to make boost for obvious reasons, need to compesate the 3 dead strokes cos you have one cilinder

Why do people install the turbo so often in a way that there is such a weird long pipe between the head and the turbo? A low volume is essential for the turbine to accelerate fast.
Turbocharged single cylinder engines don't work... the amount of air compressed by the impeller with the energy from the exhaust stroke is barely more than the volume of the engine, so you effectively make 1psi of boost which is nearly worthless for the complexity added.
Hah lol that’s great. Did it actually pick up any power? I would imagine the torque difference would be pretty noticeable even if you can build just a few psi.
