I did this with my therapist, but I started from my feet. Always remember when you are having stress-causing thoughts, address the problem, address that it’s BAD, and slowly drift your thoughts to a different and possibly less painful visual. ❤
The most amazingly effective method I've tried. And I've tried them. Of all lengths of time. Up to sn hour. But within a few minutes this one has the energy passing thru your body producing instant bliss. Dont wait till the end, though. Stop it and remain in the groove for as long as you can . You've already arrived....
We don't realize the parts of our body that is tenses up. focussing on each area and relaxing the body together with the meditation made the exercise so much more beneficial. Thank you

Really like the music and your voice unfortunately for a body scan to work best it’s necessary to describe each area in a cascade as you scan.
