Saskia's Story

Ivan McMinn’s daughter Saskia speaks of her love for her dad, Ivan McMinn MBE, our chairperson and among only 1% of the population who has survived pancreatic cancer for over 10 years. His story of beating this devastating disease twice is powerful and particularly so because it is told through the eyes of a little girl who was only 12 years old when her daddy called her into his study to break the news of the diagnosis. “I know so many lives could be saved by just knowing the signs and symptoms to be concerned about,” she said.
