Charles is not a bad weapon even though he's expensive but because his bleeding can deal 13 damage and crit which it's similar like a revolver sniper rifle but with good bleed of 13x3 but with high mods it can one shot in default armor doesn't matter what you got hit by.

Bleed isnt something to rely on, revolver has a higher base damage making it more reliable for one shot kills
