Krika was just a chad who wanted to show off by purposefully not shape-shifting wings for himself. What a great guy.
Perhaps, because of his mask, he didn’t need wings and it was more resourceful that way.
He looked like that because of the mutagen waters that were flowing into Karda Nui from the Pit
@@ryanstephenson7312 he was actually locked in that form when he touched the waters but it was originally his shapeshifted form that he took when it arrived to Karda Nui.
@@ryanstephenson7312 that too, yeah
I feel kirka was a bit underutilized as I found his character to be very interesting. He showed respect, didn't agree witht he plan, but went along with it because he felt that was what destiny was saying. Hands down favorate makuta.
I don't really get what makes this kanohi "immoral".
"Oh no, that guy just force-pushed the other guy away. Lets all shun him."
It’s a weird one but essentially you’re repelling nature itself, meaning you repel everything around you and basically isolating yourself. It is also more chaotic in a sense that it launches any object or being in a random direction and at high speeds. It is essentially a less controlled version of the Matatu.
Ah, that does make sense.
@@574guya much simpler way someone explained it to me was it kills off plants and nature when being used.
Krika definitely comes across as one of the less antagonistic of the Brotherhood of Makuta, only really going along with the plan and sticking with the majority decision to avoid being made a target. Even his Kanohi, whilst still reviled by Toa, is not as "evil" as that of his fellow Makuta.
Or as I call it, the Mask of YEET
I still think this mask is less immoral than the mind-control one LOL
This mask kinda doesn’t seem that immoral compared to the other makuta’s masks I’m not sure what actually makes it immoral
Basically the idea of repelling nature itself makes it immoral. It isolates a user from others as it pushes everything away.
To add onto this reply from one of their own, they also say that the repulsion is also itself more unpredictable, with there being difficulty to controlling targets’ speeds.
@@palecaptainwolfkayls8499 that helps thanks
Krika’s mask. However, I’m not sure what insect it resembles.
Probably a Locust or Stick Bugs. The name “Krika” is a play of the word “Cricket” so perhaps he was supposed to be a Cricket.
Ooh! Now that you say that, it makes a lot of sense!
How does having the force count as immoral?
It’s due to its association with the Makuta, not really the mask power itself.
Yeah it's a very bad explanation for this one, but oh well.
The idea is that repulsion repels nature itself in which it essentially isolates you from others. You also have no control where an object or person is launched once the power is implemented. It is not like a mask like the Matatu where you can control things being lifted and moved over. Basically it’s a more chaotic version of the Matatu.
Tbh I also think it is a strange explanation of making it immoral but I can kind of see why it is.
@@amajanuitales Toa will really cancel a mask for throwing a rock the wrong way.
Bruh, if this is immoral just because it can repel nature, don't tell anybody what Tahu can do to trees.
💀
Sounds like a better Hau.
I think the idea of repelling beings away instead of just shielding the user is what makes it different. In close quarters, this mask might not be that helpful.
if you repel Mata Nui... couldnt you fly?
edit
nevermind 😂
