The feature film introduces a legendary family of explorers, the Clades, as they attempt to navigate an uncharted, treacherous land alongside a motley crew that includes a mischievous blob, a three-legged dog and a slew of ravenous creatures. “Inspired by classic adventure stories," said director Don Hall, “‘Strange World’ is an original animated adventure/comedy about three generations of the Clade family who overcome their differences while exploring a strange, wondrous and oftentimes hostile world.”
The voice cast includes Jake Gyllenhaal as Searcher Clade, a family man who finds himself out of his element on an unpredictable mission; Dennis Quaid as Searcher’s larger-than-life explorer father, Jaeger; Jaboukie Young-White as Searcher’s 16-year-old son, Ethan, who longs for adventure; Gabrielle Union as Meridian Clade, an accomplished pilot and Searcher’s partner in all things; and Lucy Liu as Callisto Mal, Avalonia’s fearless leader who spearheads the exploration into the strange world. “Strange World” is helmed by Don Hall (Oscar®-winning “Big Hero 6,” “Raya and the Last Dragon”) and co-director/writer Qui Nguyen (co-writer “Raya and the Last Dragon”), and produced by Roy Conli (Oscar®-winning “Big Hero 6,” “Tangled”).

All Disney and Pixar animated movies recently have very low theatrical grossing because Disney don't do marketing for them (Luca, Turning Red, Soul, Raya, Mulan, lightyear, encanto... Turning red gross only 20 millions against a production budget of 150 millions). Why? Because Disney want to save them for Disney+ to compete with Netflix. Disney is not stupid at all. Netflix does them same, spending 270 millions to produce Stranger things 4, 200 millions for Grey man and then send them directly to Streaming. It's called competition.

I bring good news on the Disney front. CEO Bob Chapek, one of the main crusaders for Disney’s turn to wokeism and its incorporation of LGBT ideology in its products, has been fired and replaced by his predecessor Robert Iger, in an embarrassing fashion.
The radical woke obsession they so much bet on is taking a toll, and they know it!
Disney has seen its stock price plummet since Bob Chapek took charge of the company in 2021. Within the first two months of his taking over, Disney’s stock plunged a staggering 40%, losses further compounded by a more than $10 billion deficit incurred during the pandemic.
However, the fight is far from over.
Iger returns for two crucial years… It’s unclear if Iger will do anything to make the company less Woke, as he was who first advocated for fostering LGBTQ+ content. But now, after the financial collapse, we come across an opportunity to make Iger reconsider returning the company to family values or else pave the way for his successor to do it.
