The castle shown in the thumbnail is Lyndhurst in Tarrytown NY. It is open to the public for tours and has been in a few movies. The foundation that owns it would surely get a laugh seeing the For Sale sign in the front yard….?

The Mississippi tudor manor is not a castle, at best it is an abbey but again there are no rules in the US. Edit: Oh my God the "renovation" of the manor in 2005 is pure vandalism, wow thanks it is digusting.
