i think the skyline has 4 wheel steering and if so then the bottle in the rear is the power steering fluid

It's not that bad even if drive in US you just need to reverse the way you look when turning onto streets, Ive never driven left hand drive I would like to try ti to see how it feels haha

How big would you say the interior is? I’m 6,5 and am looking to get one, but would like to be comfortable inside the car.

There is it is alot room in the R34 GTR so you should be fine. In the the R35 GTR, however it was a bit cramped which was odd when the body is larger in size.
