Hobie bungee hack, how to make the bungee

Things needed to make this bungee:
Carabiners

1/4" Marine grade shock cord (I bought mine from a local shop but something like this will do)

Heat shrink

Hog ring pliers

Hog rings

Instead of using hog rings to hold the shock cord you could also just tie knots to the carabiners like I was going to do initially but you'll need to get much bigger heat shrink tubing than I used.
