    Maneskin got big in the US because they are good. I love i can hear bands that have influenced them. I love that they dont listen to anyone who thinks they know what the band should do. I hope the take care of themselves, tour when you want to tour, don’t let them overwork you . Your fans love you and want you to be happy and healthy .

    I am 64 and I’m so glad we have Maneskin. I’ve not been interested in much music for years because it just seemed so canned and not genuine but just following the fads. Lovin how they are genuine and true to themselves and never compromised themselves for anyone. We now have one powerfully awesome band!

TALENT, authencity, energy, passion. Something I've noticed about Italian music in general is that the lyrics tend to be more poetic that English (obviously this is true of Maneskin but i also think more broadly in the Italian music scene) so i wouldn't be surprised if that's more pressure too. I think English has more to be ridiculous (based on artistic norms anyways)

    • @annarae2396
      @annarae2396 Рік тому +22

      I heard him say once that because pronunciation isn't as important in English it is easier for words to flow, Italian is very strict with grammar and pronunciation. And as he said there is less pressure for it to be poetic, which is obvious in the simplicity of their English lyrics compared to the Italian.

    Italy for some things is surreal, we are sooo happy you had the resiliency mixed with the true artistic seriousness; it is refreshing and inspiring for many in Italy. I am a voice specialist with an innovative technique with constant career and medical objective confirmations. So everybody happy to have a new advanced safe tool to develop/train and even heal voices? So naive, my students and clients were flourishing, winning, be contacted from Miami to collaborate, nodules and chronic conditions disappeared in few weeks and months. The environment just tried to steal, to badmouth etc. I studied the biomechanics required to explain the reason of my results and in less than 12 months and my rationale has been accepted to be presented in one oral presentation, two workshops and next spring in three more abstracts at the two of three most important Conferences on Voice in the world. We get resilient if not crushed, but you are a great refresh and inspiration for many good young musicians in Italy and not only there, and so impressed and enjoying how much you are musically growing and growing. Best and you are to be here for the time ✨💫💫

    I don’t watch X factor or Eurovision or any of those shows but the band is smart to enter the shows after having some “career” substance beforehand cutting their teeth in the streets, busking & albums before the shows. As a result the band is a rare one for overcoming the overshadowing being in such shows can tend to have…but people don’t have any less respect for Kelly Clarkson; it’s more so whether they care or not. Kelly is great for…Christmas music (which many artists do because it makes $$$) but don’t care for her originals. Sex, drugs and rock n roll also isn’t the same today - not because of anyone but more so because sex (eg women’s rights), drugs, (eg fentanyl), and rock (eg reckoning with tech/instruments which seem futuristic but have cultural setbacks but also the industry is more of a vast conglomerate than it has ever been) isn’t the same. Pop has dominated & degraded the sonic landscape but people have/always will look to rock historically over the decades for hope as a counterweight/counterpoint in a rawness to oversaturated experience of a pop wall of sound people are usually forcibly immersed in shared commodified spaces (virtual TikTok, or irl shopping malls etc.)
