Everything mentioned in this video I would also add, coming in with a positive attitude and energy, keep your mouth shut but don't be afraid to ask questions or for help if your not sure about something, volunteer to do things if a higher up walks in needing assistance stuff like that, and if you need to be reminded to do something you already messed up
