Warning: inaccurate video. You should hold the drug bottle beneath the saline bag to mix the two (NOT above it as shown). Otherwise the liquid doesn't rise but the powder enters the saline poorly mixed

You absolutely do not need gloves to prepare this,just need to perform hand hygiene prior to preparing.

In home health (most viewers) gloves aren't usually worn, and they aren't sterile gloves anyway.
