Do an Audit on your Local Politicians Bank Accounts and you will find where all of the money went .
It is a giant payola for the politicians and their donors.
We need an audit of all of our taxes.
She's asking the simple questions that should begin every time a liberal tries to defend these stupid policies. If they were HONEST, they would agree and join her in asking for better solutions, not just comply with the dictates from their overlords.

Money laundering
No auditing, no reports semi-annually to let CA residents know where, & how $$$ is spent, then we can assume all go to wicked leaders' pockets. Every state should have local & regional AUDITORS to keep tracking on the $.
You business owners need to get out of there. Especially before that disgusting governor hits you with a departure tax.

Military style barracks, mandatory drug rehab, medical treatment care for mental homeless. tax breaks to bring new business back to city

Politicians and their friends pockets
When you go to the rehab or group home, shelter won't allow drug usage. So people want access to drug will remain on the street willingly so long as they'd afford drug, until they are out of money. Unless unable to bear weather, no drug, no food, then some of them will check in ED, claiming mental illness, suicidal, homicidal, psychosis, etc. It's resolving, addiction issues, not housing issues.
Its going anywhere that doesn't involve actually helping people and giving cities a better quality of living
