Thanks for watching! I get the grit from vita king, they are located close to me. I now buy the big 50lb bags, they are $70 and last me a really long time because i mix it with oyster shells as well as red cherry grit
It is good in general. But when you start race and compete other lofts, you have to categories supplements. Like for pre-race L-Carnitine , post race DMG , Molt : B12 and amino . You must have glycogen (best to have honey) etc etc
Red Star Loft you put the red cell in the Brewers yeast it had lot of vitamins in it too it really helps the birds stay healthy I will also add Powdered milk replacer it also helps them stay healthy during racing season
Looks good brother. I use red cell on there feed and let it dry a few min. How does it work in the water. Does it dissolve easily?? Also I would recommend a probiotic and some good honey. I give probiotic twice a week and honey every other week followed by apple cider vinegar. Honestly I use acv almost everyday for my breeders. But that’s me. That recessive red may be covering another color under all that red or a black cock jumped the hen. Happens in an open loft. Good vid
Oh yea they actually love red cell in their water, thats when they drink the most water. Just judging by the smell of it im guessing that it makes the water sweeter. When you first put it in water it just sinks to the bottom but as soon as you give it a few shakes it disolves right away and doesnt clump up again. Ive actuslly been considering giving acv to my breeders at least 2 or 3 times per week as well. Just started giving them all brewers yeast as well this week.
I don't give them any medication the most important thing I do is make sure they get clean water I add tea spoon clorax to the water and they don't get sick
Ħello Red star.... The garlic is given on the day of basketing?

Is Red Cell used in lieu of brewer's yeast or can it be used in conjunction with?
