look at the state of Calgary when he was mayor. Most of downtown was empty and he didn’t spend on maintaining infrastructure. Part of the reason Calgary is in a “state of emergency” now. He was a failure as a mayor and the people of Alberta know this
The City departments submit their dept budget and Council approves the whole City budget. The Mayor does not determine the details of the infrastructure budget. If you don't like his politics day so but let's get real about how the City works.
Calgary had a lovely peaceful downtown under Nenshi. If you don't like an empty downtown, move to Toronto. lol State of Emergency? Where? I can recite 10 great things Nenshi did for Calgary as mayor, but it's clear you have your mind set in a different direction.

The party says 72,930 members voted, resulting in a turnout of 85.6 percent". The question is where does this 69,000 increase come from? Thinking about the election of Jagmeet Singh, the same story happened again for NDP Alberta. What does democracy mean in Canada? Joke? Game?
