Seeing Parshore drive and the approach to the Village thru somebody's else lense is really when you realized how much vegetation and trees we lost during Irma. A year ago you wouldn't have been able to see any buildings but just the top of the High-rises in the background.
We went there , when we were on honeymoon. We it married in Eustis, then visited Naples , Weston and Orlando. Thank you for the memories this invoked. Can't fly to USA now from U.K. So love watching your vlogs

Cute video! Janis do you still use Shea butter to moisturizer your skin? It doesn’t look greasy or shiny. I use Shea butter and I look greasy. Can you give me some tips? I would really appreciate it. Have a blessed day!
Hi, Tina! Yes. Always when I wear makeup I use shea butter. But, I have really dry skin. The trick is I apply it very lightly, just around my eyes, on my lips, over moisturizer before makeup. I let it all soak in for at least 45 minutes before doing my makeup. When applying it over my powder foundation, I again use it sparingly, just barely dabbing it where I want it: smile lines around eyes and at top of my cheeks. Sometimes even on my cheeks. Then I let it soak in for about 15 minutes and then blot it with clean fingertips. If it still looks shiny, I blot again with dry, clean fingertips. Using a tissue takes off too much. If I don't blot sufficiently, it will look shiny. Hope that all makes sense! ~ Janis

I now understand why you use natural makeup. I started having trouble with perioral dermatitis and Dr tested am I am allergic to many things. Formaldehyde is a big one. I didn't even know that it was in makeup. So I am trying to learn all I can about nontoxic cosmetics. Very enlightening. I would love to learn what u know about good nontoxic companies. Thanks for your video!
Oh my gosh, Peggy, I didn't know they were putting that in some of the makeup products. What on earth are they thinking?! @@JLJBackToClassic thank you. I am going to have tests for more allergies. Parabens and phlates are also bad. Look up other names for formaldehyde in cosmetics. There's a list of them. I was shocked that they can use it. They use many preservatives in cosmetics and the color and scents they use are bad for us. The Dr said the skin us the biggest organ and the makeup, shampoos etc we use get quickly into the bloodstream. I am changing all makeup to pur and mineral fusion. I want to get 100% pure as well. I really need to find a safe and healthy face serum or lotion and a body one too. I'm scared to use anything I have. This dermatitis around my mouth is so ugly. I can't wait for it to heal completely. In the 2 weeks since I have been learning about and using non toxic products, it has improved a lot but its still there.

Hi, Lamma Al-B. I wish I could say I had a remedy. From what I understand, our jowls appear due to loss of elasticity in our skin. You can see I have them, too. I don't have a tight jaw line. The best thing, truly, is smiling and being happy. Otherwise, there really isn't any solution that I know of. Wish I knew of one!! ~ Janis

No one ever seems to be in the restaurants you frequent.
If I time it right, that's always my plan. I usually get there just before a restaurant opens, so I can film the whole restaurant without invading another patron's privacy. ~ Janis :-)

Hi, Bliss Bliss! Yes, definitely a bit more pricey. This is a popular shopping center that's by the water and caters to resort visitors as well as locals. So, the prices tend to be higher. It's a nice place for a special occasion lunch or dinner. I took my mother here for Valentine's Day brunch a few year's ago. Hi, VIcky! Yes, I do still wear it. It is my go-to when I'm wanting a more matte finish. If you're trying out a powder foundation for the first time on dry skin, you might want to use one that isn't quite as matte. Gabriel, Zuzu, and 100% Pure are great options that are all natural and have lovely finishes that are less matte. ~ Janis

tanya Yes I agree, funny how all the older women telling other older women to chop their long hair off always have that ‘older woman’ very short hair style, which personally I think is very unfeminine. I’ve got long lair (not as long as Janis) and my husband would be mortified if I chopped it off. I do think, however, Janis could do with cutting off about 4 centimetres but, hey, it’s her hair and she can do what she likes!
