This was one of your best vlogs... Beyond engaging, no a single dull moment. Timing the walk was a small slice of genius, the background scene of redbull station, the optimism for better weather and the concluding jump off the boat. P.S. The cinematography was outstanding as well. Nice job guys...
+Pauli T I'm speaking more in mind of the vlogs that are 3 minutes long. They do enough threw the day to produce 7 minute vlogs. There are many videos on his snapchat that aren't in the vlog. Not saying I don't like the vlog. Seeing as I watch it every morning. Just wish it was maybe a little longer.
I think once we have done this for longer we will find our magic formula, we are still rookies so lots to learn in terms of workflow etc. Need to have a little time off cameras as well if we want to keep the energy going to keep this in full speed for the long term!
Awesome coverage of the Monaco Weekend! Loved seeing the behind the scenes! Would love to be able to take my girlfriend one year! She's a massive fan of F1!
damn that's a lot of Red Bull i saw the last weeks in your vlogs. maybe that's the reason why you're always so happy :panyways keep it up, i like these vlogs!
I'am probably no the first one to ask but is there a playlist on like spotify or any other streaming service. Love the music guessing many of the songs can't be found but atleast a few. Keep up the good work!!
Marcus has done a wonderful job filming and editing this vlog. Congrats! Also, those new flavors from RedBull (Tropical, Strawberry, Lime, Blue) are awful. Monster Ultra series are more delicious and tasteful to enjoy. ;)
Does anyone know how to achieve this filming look ? What's the name of the style or what do you have to do in terms of color grading ? Maybe some links ?
Pascal Müller its monaco! Monaco has a huge concentration of worldwide celebrities because of their very low tax system He also might met him during his pro skier career
Hi Chips Last week we received a couple of complimentary tickets from a PR agency with a face value of €200 each to a special club night in town in relation to F1 weekend. It was tempting to use them as a number of A list celebrities were due to attend. However we chose not to use them because we had other parties to attend and the location of the club was a little out of the way for us. So we gave the tickets to a couple we know who are good friends with us. You can imagine how shocked we were this morning to learn through the gossip grapevine that they had sold the tickets for half their face value (€100 each) to some other people who we know slightly. Although we are glad someone had a good night out with the tickets rather than see them wasted, we feel a little used by this. The friends who sold them are good friends with us so we do not want to fall out with them and obviously it is not about the money but about the principle. How can we convey to them that their behaviour was not very good without sounding snappy or creating a fall out with our otherwise good friends. Janni Hi Janni You and Jon were very kind to offer these tickets to your friends. Your friends have acted very badly indeed in response to your generosity. If one receives tickets for events from friends who can not attend the event but then you also find you can not use them, the correct protocol is to return them to the giver (as it is their gift to give not yours). If the giver then says "please pass them on to someone else" then you are ok to do this. Giving them to someone else without consulting the giver is bad form and selling them for a profit is an act of disgrace so low level that it should strike them off everyone's diary list for 3 months as a punishment. I suggest you send a message to the friends who received your generosity which reads something like this. (lets call your close friends A and B; and the people who paid for them C and D): Message A and B saying: "hi we heard you could not use the tickets we gave you but were happy to hear C and D got to use them. We were also impressed that you managed to get them to donate €200 to a charity of our choice. This was very clever of you. Please can you donate the €200 to the UN Children in Need fund and lets book a date to meet for drinks so we can buy you a drink for your clever charity fund raising!" Wait for an hour as they both digest that i) you know what they did and ii) they get into a total panic wondering in total fear how many other people know about this. They will assume that someone must have told you, in error, that they did the ticket selling for charity and they will reply on that basis explaining that as soon as they received your message they donated the money online to the the UN charity you selected. They would have learned their lesson and feel relieved they had a narrow escape from public disgrace. Of course if they are real low-lifes they will not donate the money at all but keep the money in their pockets, but you will never know that and that should not concern you. They are the ones who have to live with themselves. This way you embarrass them as they think about their behaviour but give them an escape route out of public social disgrace. Be careful to just keep this between you and Jon, do not gossip about it or they will hear the gossip and you will end up falling out in the end which is the scenario you are trying to avoid. When you next see them do not mention the matter at all pretending that you both have forgotten about it. If they bring it up, act light saying something like "oh yes,I totally forgot about that, so pleased you donated the money, we live such busy lives that if you had physically given us the €200 it would still be in drawer somewhere un-donated, so thanks for doing that". Then quickly change the subject. They would have learned some social protocol and your friendship can still continue on its normal happy level. Chips Your Social Problems Solved
